Applications are invited from unemployed graduates who are Sri Lankan Citizens and
fulfil following qualifications to be recruited as Trainee Project officers.
Qualifications:
- Should possess a degree from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
- Age: Should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as at 31 May 2019.
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka with an unblemished character and physically & mentally fit, and ready to serve in any part of the Island.
- Selection will be done through a structured interview.
- Selected candidates will be appointed as trainees and they will be provided one year training on contract basis and will be paid an all-inclusive monthly allowance of Rs. 20,000.00.
- After end of the contract period, further extension or absorption to the public service will be subjected to the Government policy decisions.
- Applicants should send their duly completed application forms (as prescribed) to reach the Secretary, Ministry of National Policies, Economic Affairs, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, Northern Province Development and Youth Affairs, “Miloda” Building, First Floor, Bristol Street, Colombo 01 on or before 31.05.2019 under registered post.
- All applicants should clearly indicate the post applied for and the District of residence, on the top left-hand corner of the envelope
