National water supply and drainage board says that, this crucial time of the national disaster, they have fulfilled their responsibility of providing the safe drinking water to the nation amidst various obstacles.
How is the bill calculated
  • Your Monthly bill is calculated based on your consumption recorded on your water meter.
  • since we were unable to read your meter during the curfew period, your water bill will be issued based on the average consumption during the previous 3 months.
  • after commencing the meter reading again , water bill will be re calculated based on your actual consumption. If there is any amendment for the bill issued for the period of curfew, such amendments will be included in your next water bill.
  • To help us continue our service to provide you of safe drinking water. please settle your water bills as early as possible.
To receive your water bill details, alerts and notifications by sms, send your account number as shown in your water bill. Eg (xx/xx/xxx/xxx/xx) to 071 93 99999 by a SMS.
