University Grants Commission decided to facilitate the new entrants - 2019/2020 to purchase a Laptop computer in collaboration with Peoples bank. Loan Amount is 100 000.
Eligibility
The students who have been selected based on z-score of G.C.E. A/L 2019 and registered for the Academic Year 2019/2020 of the state Universities established under the University Grants Commission

Six year repayment plan with Four year grace period for capital payment
Warranty
A Laptop Computer with four-year warranty
Microsoft Software
All students who purchase laptop computers from recommended suppliers can register for Microsoft M365 Service which provides Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System and Office 365 Service free of charge provided by the University Grants Commission through MOU with Microsoft
