Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) has initiated a program named "Lightning Digital" to provide free laptop, tablet, Smart phone for Needy Students.
Donors can donate their Used or new laptop, smart phone, tablet to this programme. Needy student can register to get a device for free.
Students should be verify their application via Principal, Grama Niladhari or Samrudhi Officer.
