Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Supreme Court Lawyer
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification
AND
- Minimum 03 years work experience in court proceedings after being sworn in as a Supreme Court Lawyer
OR
- 03 years experience in providing legal services in a public sector institution, statutory body or recognized private institution
Scope of Work
- Appear before courts, tribunals, arbitration boards, commissions and statutory bodies on behalf of NHDA
- Conduct matters relating to cases filed by and against NHDA
- Draft legal documents, deeds and provide legal advice
- Assist in disciplinary inquiries and other legal services
Emoluments
Payments will be made as per government procurement guidelines.
