The PHSEP project aims to improve access and quality of Primary Healthcare Services across all districts in Sri Lanka for the period 2024–2028.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field recognized by the University Grants Commission with at least 4 years of relevant experience

OR

• NVQ Level 7 with minimum 4 years of relevant experience

OR

• NVQ Level 6 with minimum 9 years of relevant experience

OR

• NVQ Level 5 with minimum 14 years of relevant experience

(Note: NVQ certificates must be issued by an institution accepted by TVEC.)
