Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update detailed construction programmes
- Develop method statements and mobilization schedules
- Prepare procurement schedules
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend recovery plans
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools
- Experience using planning and project management functions within ERP systems
Candidate Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years experience in project planning in construction industry
- Professional membership (IESL or equivalent) will be an added advantage
