Director – Education and Testing
01 Vacancy Age: 35–55Qualifications – External Applicants
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine / Sports Science / Management recognized by UGC.
- Postgraduate Degree / Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- At least 13 years relevant experience in a managerial position.
Internal Applicants
- Should have qualifications required for external applicants, OR
- Minimum 03 years satisfactory service in relevant field in Grade I Management Service Category.
- Should have passed the second efficiency bar examination.
Director – Empowerment and Implementation
01 Vacancy Age: 35–55Qualifications – External Applicants
- Degree in Law / Criminology recognized by UGC.
- Postgraduate Degree / Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- At least 13 years relevant experience in a managerial position.
Internal Applicants
- Should have qualifications required for external applicants, OR
- Minimum 03 years satisfactory service in relevant field in Grade I Management Service Category.
- Should have passed the second efficiency bar examination.
Driver
02 Vacancies Age: 18–43Qualifications – External Applicants
- Passed 06 subjects at G.C.E. O/L with at least 02 credit passes in not more than two sittings.
- Heavy vehicle driving licence issued by Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
- Minimum 03 years experience after obtaining driving licence.
Internal Applicants
- Heavy vehicle driving licence.
- Minimum 03 years driving experience.
- Completed 05 years satisfactory service in Primary Unskilled PL 1 Service Category.
Salary Details
- Director Posts: HM 1-1-2025 – Rs. 140,640 – 15 x 4,100 – Rs. 202,140
- Driver: PL 3-2025 – Rs. 43,280 – 10 x 490 – 10 x 540 – 10 x 590 – 12 x 630 – Rs. 67,040
- Government approved allowances will be added.
Method of Recruitment
- Director posts will be recruited through a structured interview.
- Driver post will be recruited through structured interview and trade test.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview.
General Conditions
- Applicant should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should be physically and mentally fit.
- Should bear excellent moral character.
- Maximum age limit is not applicable for internal applicants.
- Applications with incomplete details or late applications will be rejected.
- Canvassing will be a disqualification.
