Administration and Logistics Positions

Available positions:

Assistant Manager – Administration & Logistics – High Performance Centre
Executive – Administration & Logistics – Super Province: Colombo, Galle, Kandy and Dambulla
Junior Executive – Administration & Logistics – Province: Uva, North Western, Northern and Eastern

Key Responsibilities

Oversee administrative and logistical operations within the assigned region.
Coordinate team travel, accommodation, training venues and match-day logistics.
Plan and execute operational requirements for teams and events.
Liaise with internal departments, provincial associations and service providers.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of logistics services.
Maintain accurate administration and logistics records and reports.
Coordinate multi-team and multi-venue operations.
Support high-performance and cricket operations staff when required.

Key Position Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in Sports Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management or a related field.
Experience in administration, logistics or operations management. Sports-sector experience is preferred.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.
Proficiency in computer applications and reporting systems.
Experience in cricket or an elite sporting environment will be an added advantage.
Level 1 or Level 2 coaching qualifications will also be an added advantage.

Coach Educator – Super Province / Province

Available levels:

Coach Educator – Super Province
Coach Educator – Province

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct coach education programmes and workshops in accordance with the Sri Lanka Cricket Coach Development Framework.
Support the development and accreditation of coaches at different levels.
Mentor coaches to improve their technical, tactical and professional competencies.
Assist with the design, implementation and evaluation of coach education initiatives.
Maintain records and reports relating to coach education activities.
Work with Sri Lanka Cricket and relevant stakeholders to deliver coach development programmes.
Promote best practices and uphold the standards and values of Sri Lanka Cricket.

Key Position Requirements

Level 3 Coaching Qualification or equivalent for the Super Province position.
Level 2 Coaching Qualification for the Province position.
Experience working with coaches and athletes in an educational or performance sporting environment.
Knowledge of modern coaching methodologies.
Demonstrable coaching experience with individuals and teams.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organise and deliver educational programmes effectively.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Computer and report-writing proficiency will be an added advantage.

Conditioning Trainer – Super Province

Key Responsibilities

Design strength and conditioning programmes based on team and player requirements.
Monitor fitness levels and ensure that structured conditioning plans are followed.
Conduct fitness assessments, testing and performance evaluations.
Work with coaches, medical staff and performance analysts to optimise player readiness.
Manage injury-prevention strategies and rehabilitation support with medical teams.
Maintain fitness records and performance data.
Provide feedback and reports on player physical development.
Support match preparation through targeted conditioning plans.

Key Position Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education or a related field.
Professional strength and conditioning certification will be an added advantage.
At least two years of experience in elite sport or a high-performance cricket environment.
Knowledge of strength training, conditioning principles and injury prevention.
Ability to design fitness programmes for elite athletes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple squads or levels.
Experience working with multidisciplinary high-performance teams.
Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Performance Analyst – Super Province

Key Responsibilities

Provide performance analysis support for teams and players.
Collect and analyse match and training data using video and statistical tools.
Prepare pre-match, live and post-match analytical reports.
Support coaching staff with opposition analysis and performance trends.
Maintain databases of player and team performance information.
Contribute to performance review systems and analytical processes.
Present clear and actionable insights to coaches and high-performance staff.
Deliver reports and video breakdowns within the required deadlines.

Key Position Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in Sports Science, Data Analytics, Performance Analysis or a related field.
Experience in cricket performance analysis or an elite sporting environment.
Proficiency in performance-analysis software and video-analysis tools.
Strong understanding of cricket tactics, match situations and performance indicators.
Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with elite athletes and coaches will be an added advantage.
Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physiotherapist – Super Province

Key Responsibilities

Provide physiotherapy services for players across assigned teams.
Assess, diagnose and manage sports-related injuries.
Design rehabilitation and return-to-play programmes.
Work with medical staff, conditioning trainers and coaching staff.
Monitor player workloads and contribute to injury-prevention plans.
Maintain accurate medical and injury records for assigned players.
Provide pitch-side and match-day medical support when required.
Communicate player injury status and progress reports promptly.

Key Position Requirements

BSc in Physiotherapy or Higher National Diploma in Physiotherapy from the School of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Sri Lanka.
Registration as a physiotherapist with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Experience in sports physiotherapy, preferably cricket or another elite sport.
Knowledge of sports-injury management and rehabilitation protocols.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary high-performance teams.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
Understanding of athlete workload and injury-prevention strategies.
Competent computer skills and Microsoft application knowledge.
National or elite-level sports experience will be an added advantage.
