The University Grants Commission invites applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Management Assistant (Book Keeping) – Grade III at the UGC Secretariat.

Educational Qualifications

1. Passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination in six subjects in one sitting, including credit passes in:
   • Sinhala Language or Tamil Language
   • English Language or English Literature
   • Mathematics
2. Passed all subjects at the G.C.E. A/L Examination, excluding the Common General Paper, in one sitting.

Post-Specific Qualification

Applicants must also possess one of the following:

• National Certificate for Accounting Technician from a Sri Lanka Technical College/College of Technology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• OR: G.C.E. A/L qualification in the Commerce Stream.

Preference Will Be Given To

• Applicants with a recognized computer applications qualification of at least six months; and
• Applicants with two years of experience using computer application packages.

Method of Recruitment

• Written examination – 75%

විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රතිපාදන කොමිෂන් සභාවේ කළමනාකරණ සහකාර (පොත් තැබීම) – III ශ්‍රේණිය තනතුර සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලත් ශ්‍රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

• වැටුප් පරිමාණය: රු. 49,475 – 58,655 මාසිකව
• වයස් සීමාව: අවුරුදු 18–30
• අයදුම්පත් ගාස්තුව: රු. 1,000

• අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගයේදී එක් වරකදී විෂයයන් හයක් සමත්ව, සිංහල/දෙමළ, ඉංග්‍රීසි/ඉංග්‍රීසි සාහිත්‍යය සහ ගණිතය සඳහා සම්මාන සාමාර්ථ ලබා තිබිය යුතුය.
• අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විභාගයේ සියලුම විෂයයන් එක් වරකදී සමත්ව තිබිය යුතුය.
• ගිණුම්කරණ කාර්මික ශිල්පී ජාතික සහතිකය හෝ පිළිගත් සමාන සුදුසුකමක් තිබිය යුතුය. එසේ නැතහොත් උසස් පෙළ වාණිජ විෂය ධාරාවෙන් සමත්ව තිබිය යුතුය.

අයදුම්පත, අදාළ සහතිකවල පිටපත් සහ මුල් බැංකු තැන්පතු පත්‍රය සමඟ ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් 2026.09.14 දිනට හෝ ඊට පෙර ලැබෙන සේ යොමු කළ යුතුය.

பல்கலைக்கழக மானியங்கள் ஆணைக்குழுவின் முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் (கணக்குப் பதிவேடு) – தரம் III பதவிக்கு தகுதியான இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன.

• சம்பள அளவு: மாதாந்தம் ரூ. 49,475 – 58,655
• வயதெல்லை: 18–30 வயது
• விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம்: ரூ. 1,000

பிரதான தகைமைகள்

• க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் ஒரே அமர்வில் ஆறு பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்திருப்பதுடன், சிங்களம்/தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம்/ஆங்கில இலக்கியம் மற்றும் கணிதத்தில் திறமைச் சித்தி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
• க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையின் அனைத்துப் பாடங்களிலும் ஒரே அமர்வில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
• கணக்கீட்டுத் தொழில்நுட்பவியலாளருக்கான தேசிய சான்றிதழ் அல்லது அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சமமான தகைமை பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். அல்லது க.பொ.த. உயர்தரத்தில் வர்த்தகப் பிரிவில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பம், சான்றிதழ்களின் பிரதிகள் மற்றும் அசல் வங்கி வைப்புச் சீட்டுடன் பதிவுத் தபால் மூலம் 14.09.2026 அன்று அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னர் கிடைக்குமாறு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.
