“A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka”

About the Circular
The Presidential Secretariat has issued Circular No. PS/CSL/Circular/8/2026, dated 14 July 2026, on implementing the national programme “A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka” for an honest public service.
The programme aims to strengthen integrity, transparency, accountability, efficiency and public confidence in government service. National Integrity Week will be observed by public institutions from 27 to 31 July 2026.
Five-Day Programme
Monday
Activities that promote an honest and responsible public service.
Tuesday
Promoting lawful, disciplined, digitally enabled and professional public service.
Wednesday
Building a society enriched with positive human values.
Thursday
Improving active service delivery, planning, coordination and output.
Friday
Environmental protection, green initiatives and rural and social empowerment.
Instructions to Public Institutions
- Plan and conduct suitable activities throughout National Integrity Week.
- Establish or strengthen an Integrity Committee in each institution.
- Coordinate implementation through the relevant Internal Affairs Unit (IAU).
- Display the official Clean Sri Lanka values/banner and create staff and public awareness.
- Conduct the national opening programme at institutional level on 27 July 2026 at 9.00 a.m., as instructed in the circular.

ජනාධිපති ලේකම් කාර්යාලය විසින් PS/CSL/Circular/8/2026 චක්රලේඛය නිකුත් කර ඇත. “සුපිළිපන් සංස්කෘතියක් – ක්ලීන් ශ්රී ලංකාවක්” ජාතික වැඩසටහන යටතේ 2026 ජූලි 27 සිට 31 දක්වා ජාතික සුපිළිපන් සතිය රාජ්ය ආයතනවල ක්රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය. අවංකභාවය, විනිවිදභාවය, වගවීම, කාර්යක්ෂමතාව සහ ජනතා විශ්වාසය වර්ධනය කිරීම මෙහි අරමුණයි. සෑම ආයතනයක්ම අදාළ ක්රියාකාරකම් සැලසුම් කර සුපිළිපන් කමිටුව හා අභ්යන්තර කටයුතු ඒකකය මගින් වැඩසටහන සම්බන්ධීකරණය කළ යුතුය.

ஜனாதிபதி செயலகம் PS/CSL/Circular/8/2026 சுற்றறிக்கையை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. “நேர்மைக் கலாசாரம் – கிளீன் ஸ்ரீ லங்கா” தேசிய செயற்றிட்டத்தின் கீழ் 2026 ஜூலை 27 முதல் 31 வரை தேசிய நேர்மை வாரம் அரச நிறுவனங்களில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். நேர்மை, வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை, பொறுப்புக்கூறல், வினைத்திறன் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களின் நம்பிக்கையை மேம்படுத்துவதே இதன் நோக்கமாகும். ஒவ்வொரு நிறுவனமும் பொருத்தமான செயற்பாடுகளைத் திட்டமிட்டு, நேர்மைக் குழு மற்றும் உள்ளக அலுவல்கள் அலகு ஊடாக அவற்றை ஒருங்கிணைக்க வேண்டும்.
