  • National Schools: 7.30 a.m. – 3.15 p.m.
  • National Colleges of Education: 8.30 a.m. – 4.15 p.m.
  • Teacher Training Colleges: 8.30 a.m. – 4.15 p.m.
  • Teacher Development Centers: 8.30 a.m. – 4.15 p.m.
7 Hours 45 Minutes

📚 Government Librarian

  • National Schools: 7.30 a.m. – 3.15 p.m.
  • National Colleges of Education: 8.00 a.m. – 3.45 p.m.
  • Teacher Training Colleges: 8.00 a.m. – 3.45 p.m.
45 Hours Per Week

🚐 Drivers

  • National Schools: 7.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
  • NCoE / TTC / TDC: Duty should be arranged according to service requirement.
  • Daily duty may be arranged as 7½ hours per week day if Saturday duty is used to complete 45 hours per week.

Note: Provisions currently implemented for residential staff such as Student Housekeeper, Assistant Student Housekeeper and Sickroom Attendants are maintained as existing arrangements.

Intro

Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has issued Circular No. 12/2026 regarding the delegation of powers on financial control in terms of Financial Regulation 135 for the year 2025. This circular is important for education institutions, accounting officers, heads of institutions and officers handling financial, procurement and administrative duties.
