Circular Date: 01 September 2026English Summary
The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has issued the annual transfer procedure for officers in Grades I, II and III of the Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service for 2027.
Officers who may be compulsorily transferred include:
- Officers who have served at the same service station for six years or more.
- Officers who have completed a total of five years in the Sri Lanka Police or hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
- Officers who have completed a maximum total period of 12 years in a ministry, department or provincial council, subject to the provisions of the circular.
- Officers who have completed 12 years in a ministry, department, district secretariat or provincial council located outside the Colombo District.
- Officers who have completed the maximum three-year service period at a designated popular service station.
Other officers requesting a transfer should generally have completed at least two years at their present service station.
Popular Service Stations
The maximum service period at the following designated popular service stations is three years:
- Department of Customs
- Department of Immigration and Emigration
- Department of Motor Traffic
- Department of Excise
- Department of Inland Revenue
- Department for Registration of Persons
- Department of Wildlife Conservation
Important Transfer Timetable

Application Submission
The completed application should be submitted with the recommendations of the relevant Head of Department and Secretary of the line ministry.
The envelope should be marked “Annual Transfers in S L.Ac.S. – 2027” at the top-left corner and addressed to:

ශ්රී ලංකා ගණකාධිකාරී සේවයේ I, II සහ III ශ්රේණිවල නිලධාරීන් සඳහා 2027 වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු ක්රියා පටිපාටිය රාජ්ය පරිපාලන, පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් නිකුත් කර ඇත.
- සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද ස්ථාන මාරු අයදුම්පත් අදාළ බලධාරියා වෙත 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 15 දිනට පෙර ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
- සාමාන්ය ස්ථාන මාරුවක් ඉල්ලීම සඳහා වර්තමාන සේවා ස්ථානයේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර දෙකක සේවා කාලයක් සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබිය යුතුය.
- අමතර ප්රතිලාභ සහිත ජනප්රිය සේවා ස්ථානයක සේවය කළ හැකි උපරිම කාලය වසර තුනකි.
- වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු 2027 මාර්තු 01 දින සිට හෝ රාජ්ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව නියම කරන දිනයක සිට ක්රියාත්මක වේ.

இலங்கை கணக்காளர் சேவையின் I, II மற்றும் III ஆம் தரங்களிலுள்ள உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கான 2027 ஆம் ஆண்டின் வருடாந்த இடமாற்ற நடைமுறை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட இடமாற்ற விண்ணப்பங்கள் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 15 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் உரிய அதிகாரியிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
- பொதுவாக இடமாற்றத்திற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் உத்தியோகத்தர் தற்போதைய சேவை நிலையத்தில் குறைந்தது இரண்டு வருட சேவையைப் பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- பிரபலமான சேவை நிலையங்களில் பணியாற்றக்கூடிய அதிகபட்ச சேவைக் காலம் மூன்று வருடங்களாகும்.
- வருடாந்த இடமாற்றங்கள் 2027 மார்ச் 01 முதல் அல்லது அரசாங்க சேவை ஆணைக்குழு உத்தரவிடும் திகதியிலிருந்து நடைமுறைக்கு வரும்.
விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்கள், மேன்முறையீட்டு படிவங்கள் மற்றும் முழுமையான நிபந்தனைகளை அறிய கீழேயுள்ள உத்தியோகபூர்வ சுற்றறிக்கையைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து வாசிக்கவும்.
