Documents to Be Brought to the Interview
- National Identity Card, valid driving licence or valid passport.
- Proof of continuous permanent residence for at least three years within the applied Divisional Secretariat division during the six years immediately preceding 24 November 2025: an extract from the electoral register or a DS 04 residence certificate issued by the Grama Niladhari.
- Birth certificate.
- Original documents proving educational and other qualifications required under Gazette No. 2460 dated 24 October 2025, together with copies certified by the candidate as true copies.
- If there is any difference in the candidate's name, an affidavit confirming the difference.
