Documents to Be Brought to the Interview

  • National Identity Card, valid driving licence or valid passport.
  • Proof of continuous permanent residence for at least three years within the applied Divisional Secretariat division during the six years immediately preceding 24 November 2025: an extract from the electoral register or a DS 04 residence certificate issued by the Grama Niladhari.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Original documents proving educational and other qualifications required under Gazette No. 2460 dated 24 October 2025, together with copies certified by the candidate as true copies.
  • If there is any difference in the candidate's name, an affidavit confirming the difference.

Candidates who obtained the required marks in the competitive examination have been considered for the interview list according to the relevant selection procedure.

Candidates have been shortlisted based on their total marks and the relevant Divisional Secretariat divisions, taking into consideration the number of available vacancies.

The list issued contains candidate names / examination numbers without publishing individual examination marks.
📌 Important Instructions for Candidates
  • The Department of Examinations has not published the individual marks of candidates through this list.
  • Inclusion of a candidate's name in the interview list should not be considered as confirmation that the candidate has fulfilled all qualifications required for appointment.
  • Candidates included in the list will be called for a structured / qualification assessment interview.
  • The date and time of the interview will be notified later to the relevant candidates.
