The company has milk processing factories in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa.

1. Information Technology Officer (JM 1-1)

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the continuous, secure and efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure, provide user support, maintain and optimize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, and develop in-house software where required.

Qualifications (Any One Route)

• A UGC-recognized Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a relevant equivalent field.
• NVQ Level 7 in IT or Computer Science from an accepted training institute.
• NVQ Level 6 in IT or Computer Science with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• NVQ Level 5 in IT or Computer Science with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Age Limit

22–45 years.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: Rs. 65,633

Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800

Combined: Rs. 83,433 per month, plus approved allowances and other benefits.

Other Requirements

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties and serve anywhere in Sri Lanka.
• Must be of excellent moral character.

2. Assistant Provincial Manager (JM 1-1)

Responsibilities

Supervision of milk chilling centres, milk dispatches, regional personnel and general management activities, while assisting the Provincial Manager.

External Qualification Routes

• UGC-recognized Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or a relevant equivalent field.
• NVQ Level 7 in Agriculture, Livestock or Animal Husbandry.
• NVQ Level 6 in a relevant field with 5 years of post-qualification experience in dairy development.
• NVQ Level 5 in a relevant field with 10 years of post-qualification experience in dairy development.

Internal Qualification Routes

• Possess the external qualifications mentioned above; or
• 15 years of satisfactory supervisory service in production, quality or dairy at MILCO, including 5 years in Management Assistant Technological (MA 2-3), Grade II.

Age: 22–45 years.

3. Extension Officer (JM 1-1)

Responsibilities

Monitor dairy instructors, farmer federation activities, milk collection and FMS activities to ensure efficient operations.

External Qualification Routes

• UGC-recognized Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or equivalent relevant field.
• NVQ Level 7 in Agriculture, Livestock or Animal Husbandry.
• NVQ Level 6 in a relevant field with 5 years of post-qualification dairy development experience.
• NVQ Level 5 in a relevant field with 10 years of post-qualification dairy development experience.

Internal Qualification Routes

• Meet the external qualifications; or
• 15 years of satisfactory supervisory service in MILCO production, quality or dairy, including 5 years in Management Assistant Technological (MA 2-3), Grade II.

Age: 22–45 years.

4. Dairy Instructor (MA 2-3)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor FMS activities, milk collection routes, chilling centres, development activities and Milk Collection Centre operations. Prepare documents and reports.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 5 or above in Agriculture, Livestock or Animal Husbandry, issued by a technical or vocational training institution accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.

5. Sales Supervisor (MA 2-3)

Responsibilities

Assist distributors in achieving sales targets, organize sales development activities, ensure retail product availability, collect market information and prepare reports.

Qualifications

Diploma of at least one year's duration in Sales, Marketing Management, Brand Management or Digital Marketing, not below NVQ Level 5.
