- Minimum monthly contribution increased to Rs. 200
- Silver Scheme monthly contribution increased to Rs. 450
- Gold Scheme monthly contribution increased to Rs. 750
- All public officers must register in the Agrahara Database
- Registration becomes mandatory from 01 April 2026
- Information must be updated whenever officer details change
- Standard health insurance and personal accident exclusions will apply
- Exclusions determined by the National Insurance Trust Fund
- When both husband and wife are public officers, claims should be submitted by the officer receiving benefits
- Only one parent can claim Agrahara benefits for a child at a time
- Maximum age for receiving natural death insurance benefit – 70 years
- Other insurance benefits may be claimed for lifetime
- Medical bills must be submitted within 90 days
- Registered post applications valid if posted within 90 days
- Death claim files must be submitted within 6 months
- Head of Institution must ensure claims are submitted within the deadline
