Admissions must be completed based on vacancies available as of 31.01.2026.

Based on Circular 09/2026 issued on March 31, 2026, the Ministry of Education has announced the updated guidelines for student admissions to intermediate grades (Grades 2–11, excluding Grades 5 and 6). This includes details on class capacity, eligibility categories, application procedures, interview process, and key deadlines. Read below for a simplified, mobile-friendly breakdown.


📊 Class Capacity
Grades 2–5: Max 40 students
Grades 6–11: Max 45 students

Vacancies exist only if total students are below allowed limit.
Parallel classes must be equal across grades.
🏅 Special sports class allowed from Grade 8.
🎯 Eligibility Categories
  • Government employee transfers (25km+)
  • Returnees from abroad (within 3 years)
  • Residence change (50km+)
  • Grade 5 Scholarship qualified students
  • Education sector employees’ children

Apply using Schedule 01 format via registered post.
