Skin Diver | Driver – Water Barges | Digger Driver

Skin Diver
Service Category:
Semi-Skilled – 10.3 (SS3)
Basic Qualification:
G.C.E. O/L in six subjects, including Language and Mathematics,
obtained in not more than two sittings.
Experience:
Three years of experience as a diver in a government institution
or recognised private-sector institution.
Applicants should have knowledge of machinery used in tugs or dredgers and must be able to swim and dive.
Driver – Water Barges
Service Category:
Semi-Skilled – 10.3 (SS3)
Basic Qualification:
G.C.E. O/L in six subjects, including Language and Mathematics,
obtained in not more than two sittings.
A certificate for operating machinery of not less than 250 horsepower issued by the Director General of Merchant Shipping is required.
Experience:
Three years of experience as a Water Barge Driver in a relevant
institution.
Digger Driver
Service Category:
Semi-Skilled – 10.3 (SS3)
Basic Qualification:
G.C.E. O/L in six subjects, including Language and Mathematics,
obtained in not more than two sittings.
A Crane Operating Certificate issued by the government, a recognised institution or an NVQ Level 3 certificate is required.
Experience:
Three years of experience as a Digger Driver or in a similar post.
