🎓 Entry Qualifications

Minimum three simple passes in one sitting in Science stream.
Chemistry should be included at G.C.E. A/L.
Minimum Simple Pass for English at G.C.E. O/L.
Equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate is also considered.
Selection will be based on test and/or interview.

⭐ Special Note

Diploma holders in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka, fulfilling the criteria will be granted an exemption of 30 credits from regular Level 03 courses.

Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree Programme 2026/2027 – OUSL Applications Open

The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has called applications for the Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree Programme for the Academic Year 2026/2027. Students with Science Stream Advanced Level qualifications can now apply online. Selection will be based on a written test and/or interview. Applications are open from 15 May 2026 to 15 June 2026.

OR an equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate
Applicants should qualify through the selection test and/or interview conducted for admissions
