OUSL SHORT COURSE 2026

Short Course in Wound Care Nursing | Closing Date : 14.06.2026

 Applications are now open for the BSc in Information Technology Degree Programme offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL). The programme is designed according to international ACM/IEEE curriculum guidelines and includes online and onsite learning with laboratory sessions. Interested applicants can now apply online before the closing date.

The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has officially released the Selection Test Results of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) Programme. Candidates who appeared for the selection test can now check their results online through the official OUSL website.

The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has called applications for the Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree Programme for the Academic Year 2026/2027. Students with Science Stream Advanced Level qualifications can now apply online. Selection will be based on a written test and/or interview. Applications are open from 15 May 2026 to 15 June 2026.

The Court of Appeal of Sri Lanka has delivered a landmark judgment affirming that examination candidates have the legal right to access and inspect their evaluated answer scripts under the Right to Information (RTI) Act. The ruling was delivered while dismissing a revision application filed by the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) against an earlier order issued by the RTI Commission. This decision is expected to strengthen transparency and accountability within the Sri Lankan examination and higher education system.
