Sati Pasala - Implementing Mindfulness Programme in Schools 2023

Education Ministry has released the Circular to implement the Mindfulness programme in school under the name of Sati Pasala.

Pilot program of Sathi Pasala Should be implemented in all the schools every Wednesday from 7.30 am to 7.40 am ( 10 Minutes) for 12 days from January 04,2023.

Prime Objective of this programme is "Establishment of Mindfulness"

Mindfulness Programme for school students starts in 2023. Cabinet approval given to this programme to start in 2023

Programmes should be conducted on every Wednesday till March 24 and after that 10 Minutes programme on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7.30 am to 7.40 am weekly.
