Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the University of Colombo, including:
   • 30 credits in a relevant subject area; or
   • Prior learning or work experience considered equivalent to 30 credits in the relevant subject area.
2. A relevant educational or professional qualification equivalent to the above requirements, together with acceptable prior learning or work experience.
3. Completion of NVQ Level 7, as determined by the University of Colombo.
