Qualifications
Obtained a Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission passing either the Tamil language or English language as a subject
and
Applicants who have passed the degree with Tamil Language as a subject should have obtained a Credit pass for English Language / English Literature at the G.C.E. (O/Level) Examination or those who have passed the Degree with English Language as a subject should have obtained a Credit pass for Tamil Language and Literature at the G.C.E. (O/Level) Examination.

- A post-graduate degree or significant experience in economics, public policy, management, business, or finance.
- Significant management experience at the senior executive level (in a private/public sector or a non-government/research organization); and
- Substantial experience leading high-level budgeting, economic, and/ or financial analyses, ideally related to the public sector.
