Online Booking - Toursit Bungalows & Holiday Resorts
- Reservation is restricted only for 03 consecutive days.

- The applicant must be personally present at the property.
- The application is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Only the individuals specified in the application are permitted to enter the premises.
- To obtain services, applicants must produce the completed application form together with their National Identity Card/Employment Identity Card and the original payment receipt issued by the Bank or the Head Office.
- The number of guests shall not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for each room or bungalow.
- Rooms and all items provided (including bed linen, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.) must be maintained in a clean and proper condition.
- No damage may be caused to the internal or external premises of the property. In the event of any damage caused by guests, the cost of repair or replacement will be recovered from the applicant.
- Guest conduct must not cause inconvenience, disturbance, or discomfort to other guests.
- Holding ceremonies, parties, or any other functions at the Holiday Bungalow is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and the consumption of liquor are not permitted on the premises.
- Charges for common utilities (such as electricity and blankets) must be paid directly to the Caretaker of the Holiday Bungalow/Circuit Bungalow, and a Form General 172 must be obtained as proof of payment.
- Payments made for reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, reservations may be rescheduled within three (03) months from the original reservation date.
- Reservations may be cancelled for official purposes of the Ministry under unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the applicant will be refunded the full amount paid.
- A soft copy of your Government Employment ID (Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG).
- A letter from the Head of the Organization (HOD) – You can download the format using the button below.
