Participation
- Only the pupils of grades 10 - 13 can participate under the school category
- Pupils sitting the AL or OL for the second time as school candidates can also participate
- All parties of school community can participate under the open category
Conditions
- Short films could be submitted in all three langauges
- Duration should not eceed 5 minutes
- HD Digital Technology should be used
- Quality of the frame 16 : 9 on MP4 DVD Data format
