The Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for permanent academic vacancies in the field of Medical Education.

Required Qualifications
- Applicants should possess an MBBS degree.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have obtained an MD with Board Certification in Health Informatics.
Monthly Salary Scales
Rs. 160,520 – 7 × 3,900 – Rs. 187,820
U-AC 3 (I), as at 01.01.2025
Rs. 138,980 – 11 × 2,940 – Rs. 171,320
U-AC 3 (II), as at 01.01.2025
Rs. 121,340 – 5 × 2,940 – Rs. 136,040
U-AC 3 (III), as at 01.01.2025
Rs. 94,400 – 10 × 2,400 – Rs. 118,400
U-AC 3 (IV), as at 01.01.2025
The approved cost-of-living allowance and other applicable allowances will be paid in addition to the above salary.
Sabbatical Leave Entitlement
The selected officer will be eligible for one year of sabbatical leave with full pay or two years without pay after completing seven years of service.
Officers proceeding abroad on sabbatical leave may also be eligible for full passage for themselves and their spouse, subject to the applicable conditions.

Health Informatics துறையில் Board Certification உடன் MD தகுதி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும். விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதி 03 ஜூலை 2026 ஆகும்.
