The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has introduced the Public Service Human Resource Management Information System – GovHR to carry out public service human resource management processes online.
The system covers processes including recruitment, confirmation in service, promotions, transfers and retirement.

What Officers Should Do
Officers belonging to the above services will receive an SMS containing their User Name, Password and the GovHR website address.
After logging into the system for the first time, officers should change the password immediately and then enter the required information to complete their User Profile.
The User Manual and video instructions for completing the profile can also be obtained through the GovHR website.

රාජ්ය පරිපාලන, පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් රාජ්ය සේවයේ මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණ කටයුතු මාර්ගගත ක්රමයට සිදු කිරීම සඳහා GovHR පද්ධතිය හඳුන්වා දී ඇත.
බඳවා ගැනීම්, සේවයේ ස්ථිර කිරීම්, උසස් කිරීම්, ස්ථාන මාරු කිරීම් සහ විශ්රාම ගැන්වීම් ඇතුළු කටයුතු මෙම පද්ධතිය මගින් සිදු කිරීමට නියමිතය.
පළමු අදියර සඳහා දීප ව්යාප්ත සේවා 6ක් සහ ඒකාබද්ධ සේවා 3ක් ඇතුළත් වේ. අදාළ නිලධාරීන්ට User Name, Password සහ GovHR වෙබ් ලිපිනය SMS පණිවිඩයක් මගින් ලැබෙනු ඇත.
පළමු වරට පද්ධතියට පිවිසීමෙන් පසු මුරපදය වහාම වෙනස් කර, තම User Profile නිවැරදිව සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතුය.
பொது நிர்வாக, மாகாண சபைகள் மற்றும் உள்ளூராட்சி அமைச்சினால் அரச சேவையின் மனிதவள முகாமைத்துவ நடவடிக்கைகளை இணையவழியில் மேற்கொள்வதற்காக GovHR முறைமை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆட்சேர்ப்பு, சேவையில் நிரந்தரமாக்கல், தரமுயர்வு, இடமாற்றம் மற்றும் ஓய்வுபெறுதல் உள்ளிட்ட மனிதவள முகாமைத்துவ நடவடிக்கைகள் இம்முறைமையின் மூலம் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவுள்ளன.
முதற்கட்டமாக 6 நாடளாவிய சேவைகள் மற்றும் 3 இணைந்த சேவைகள் இதில் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. சம்பந்தப்பட்ட உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கு User Name, Password மற்றும் GovHR இணைய முகவரி SMS மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும்.
முதல் முறையாக உள்நுழைந்த பின்னர் கடவுச்சொல்லை உடனடியாக மாற்றி, தமது User Profile தகவல்களை சரியாகப் பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
