Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited Vacancies 2026
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following vacancies at Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited.
Educational Qualifications – External Applicants
A) Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in six subjects with four credit passes including:
- Sinhala / Tamil Language
- English Language
- Mathematics
The above requirements should have been obtained in one sitting.
B) Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in the Science Stream in all subjects, excluding the Common General Test, and obtained the required performance level to follow a vocational education course.
Technical Skills / Proficiency
Applicants should have successfully completed a National Vocational Qualification of not less than NVQ Level 5, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), and obtained the relevant certificate.
Rs. 50,540 – 10×540 – 7×630 – 4×890 – 20×1,190 = Rs. 87,710
Government-approved allowances will also be paid.

Applicants should possess a relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification prescribed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, together with a proficiency certificate and a minimum of 2 years' training / experience in the relevant field.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have passed at least two subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
Skills / Expertise
Applicants should possess a relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, together with a proficiency certificate and a minimum of 2 years' training / experience in the respective field.
Rs. 42,300 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 10×590 – 12×630 = Rs. 66,060
According to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025, the initial basic salary of this scale is stated as Rs. 40,008 per month. Government-approved allowances will also be paid.
General Conditions
- Applicants should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should possess the physical and mental fitness required to perform the duties efficiently.
- Applicants should be of excellent moral character.
- Age should be between 18 and 45 years.
- Employees will contribute 10% to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF).
- Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited will contribute 15% to EPF.
- The company will also contribute 3% to the Employees' Trust Fund (ETF).
- Night shifts may apply.

කළමනාකරණ සහකාර – තාක්ෂණික තනතුර සඳහා අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්ය පෙළ හා උසස් පෙළ විද්යා අංශයේ සුදුසුකම් සමඟ NVQ 5 හෝ ඉහළ අදාළ වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකමක් අවශ්ය වේ.
Fitter සහ Boilerman තනතුරු සඳහා අදාළ ක්ෂේත්රයේ NVQ Level 2 හෝ 3 සුදුසුකම සහ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2ක පුහුණුව / පළපුරුද්ද අවශ්ය වේ.
වයස් සීමාව: අවුරුදු 18 – 45
අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් පහත ලිපිනයට යොමු කළ යුතු අතර, අයදුම් කරන තනතුර ලියුම් කවරයේ ඉහළ වම් කෙළවරේ සඳහන් කළ යුතුය.

இலங்கை திரிபோஷா லிமிடெட் நிறுவனத்தின் கீழ்க்கண்ட பதவிகளுக்கு தகுதியான இலங்கை பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் – தொழில்நுட்பம் (MA-2-1-2025)
- Fitter / பொருத்துநர் (PL-2)
- Boilerman / கொதிகலன் பணியாளர் (PL-2)
முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் – தொழில்நுட்ப பதவிக்கு க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரம் மற்றும் விஞ்ஞானப் பிரிவில் க.பொ.த. உயர்தரத் தகுதிகளுடன் தொடர்புடைய NVQ Level 5 அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட தொழில்சார் தகுதி தேவைப்படுகிறது.
Fitter மற்றும் Boilerman பதவிகளுக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறையில் NVQ Level 2 அல்லது Level 3 தகுதியுடன் குறைந்தது 2 வருட பயிற்சி / அனுபவம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
வயதெல்லை: 18 முதல் 45 வயது வரை.
விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்களால் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பத்துடன் தேவையான சான்றிதழ்களின் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிரதிகளை இணைத்து பதிவுத் தபால் மூலம் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பதவியின் பெயரை உறையின் மேல் இடது மூலையில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
