The Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs and the Department of Cultural Affairs invite applications for the provision of houses to 81 low-income artists living in and around Colombo.
The houses will be provided under a proposed housing project in the Kottawa area, constructed with assistance from China.

- The programme is intended for low-income artists living in and around Colombo.
- A total of 81 houses are expected to be provided.
- Applicants should download and carefully read the official notice and application information.
- Completed applications must be forwarded to the Department of Cultural Affairs.
- The revised closing date is 15 August 2026.

චීන ආධාර යටතේ කොට්ටාව ප්රදේශයේ ඉදිකිරීමට යෝජිත නිවාස ව්යාපෘතිය මගින් කොළඹ අවට අඩු ආදායම්ලාභී කලාකරුවන් 81 දෙනෙකුට නිවාස ලබාදීම සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

சீன உதவியுடன் கொட்டாவ பகுதியில் அமைக்கப்படவுள்ள வீடமைப்புத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், கொழும்பு மற்றும் அதனைச் சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகளில் வாழும் குறைந்த வருமானம் கொண்ட 81 கலைஞர்களுக்கு வீடுகள் வழங்க விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
