41st Kalabhooshana State Award🏅 Kalabhooshana State Award – 2026
The Department of Cultural Affairs has invited applications and nominations for the 41st Kalabhooshana State Award – 2026.
This prestigious state award recognizes senior artists and cultural personalities who have rendered distinguished and long-standing services to the development, preservation and promotion of arts and culture in Sri Lanka.
Eligible artists are requested to carefully read the official instructions before completing and submitting their applications. Official details and application forms have been issued separately in Sinhala and Tamil.
📌 Important Information
✅ General Eligibility and Instructions
- Applicants should have made a significant contribution to an appropriate field of arts or culture.
- Applicants should generally be at least 60 years old as at 30 June 2026.
- Applicants should have completed at least 15 years of service in the relevant arts field.
- Details of awards, achievements and contributions should be included with the application.
- Supporting documents and other required evidence should be attached according to the official instructions.
- Applications should be submitted through the procedure specified by the Department of Cultural Affairs.

කලාභූෂණ රාජ්ය සම්මානය – 2026
කලා කටයුතු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් 41 වන කලාභූෂණ රාජ්ය සම්මානය – 2026 සඳහා අයදුම්පත් සහ නිර්දේශ කැඳවා ඇත.
ශ්රී ලාංකික කලා හා සංස්කෘතික ක්ෂේත්රයේ සංවර්ධනය, ආරක්ෂාව සහ ප්රවර්ධනය වෙනුවෙන් විශිෂ්ට හා දිගුකාලීන සේවයක් ඉටු කළ කලාකරුවන් ඇගයීම මෙම සම්මානයේ අරමුණ වේ.
- 2026 ජූනි 30 දිනට වයස අවුරුදු 60 සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබිය යුතුය.
- අදාළ කලා ක්ෂේත්රයේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 15ක සේවා කාලයක් තිබිය යුතුය.
- අදාළ ජයග්රහණ සහ සේවාවන් සනාථ කරන ලේඛන ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
- අයදුම් කිරීමට පෙර නිල උපදෙස් හොඳින් කියවන්න.

கலைபூஷண அரச விருது – 2026
கலாசார அலுவல்கள் திணைக்களத்தினால் 41வது கலைபூஷண அரச விருது – 2026 தொடர்பான விண்ணப்பங்களும் பரிந்துரைகளும் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
இலங்கையின் கலை மற்றும் கலாசாரத் துறைகளின் வளர்ச்சி, பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக நீண்டகால சிறப்பான சேவையாற்றிய கலைஞர்களை கௌரவிப்பதே இவ்விருதின் நோக்கமாகும்.
- 30 ஜூன் 2026 அன்று 60 வயதை பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- தொடர்புடைய கலைத்துறையில் குறைந்தது 15 வருட சேவை இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- சாதனைகள் மற்றும் சேவைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் ஆவணங்கள் இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
- விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன் உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிவுறுத்தல்களை கவனமாக வாசிக்கவும்.
