The University of Ruhuna invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the senior non-academic position of Bursar. Candidates possessing the required professional qualifications and experience in accounting, auditing, finance or university financial administration may apply.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must qualify under one of the categories specified in the official vacancy notice. The accepted qualification routes include:
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or an equivalent professional qualification, together with the required executive-level experience.
- Experience as a Deputy Accountant, Deputy Bursar or Deputy Internal Auditor within the University Grants Commission or a Higher Educational Institution.
- Experience as a Senior Assistant Accountant, Senior Assistant Bursar or Senior Assistant Internal Auditor in the university system.
- Relevant bachelor's, master's, intermediate accounting or HNDA qualifications together with the experience specified in the official advertisement.
- Eligible officers of the Sri Lanka Accountants' Service who satisfy the stated professional or postgraduate qualification requirements.

Method of Selection
