Minimum Qualifications
- Sri Lankan Citizen.
- Age: 18–45 years.
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with six subjects including two Credit passes.
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
- Minimum 3 years driving experience.
- Good character and physical fitness.
