Vacancies
The Incorporated Council of Legal Education invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for employment at Sri Lanka Law College, Colombo 12.
1. Management Assistant – MN 1 (Non-Tech Segment 2)
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in three subjects.
- Credit passes in Mathematics, English and First Language/Mother Tongue at G.C.E. O/L.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and email.
- Good administration, communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Previous relevant experience is an advantage.
- Minimum age: 23 years.
2. HR Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a relevant field from a UGC-approved/recognized institution.
- Professional HR qualification is an added advantage.
- At least two years of relevant post-graduation HR experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of staff records, recruitment, attendance, leave and HR administration.
- Computer, organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Minimum age: 24 years.
Appointment: Contract basis, with possible consideration for permanency based on performance and organizational requirements.
Salary: Attractive remuneration package according to qualifications and experience; exact salary is not specified.

1. කළමනාකරණ සහකාර
- අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විෂයයන් තුනක් සමත් වී තිබිය යුතුය.
- සාමාන්ය පෙළ ගණිතය, ඉංග්රීසි සහ පළමු භාෂාව සඳහා සම්මාන සාමාර්ථ තිබිය යුතුය.
- MS Office ඇතුළු පරිගණක දැනුම සහ කාර්යාල පරිපාලන කුසලතා අවශ්ය වේ.
- අවම වයස අවුරුදු 23 කි.
2. මානව සම්පත් සහකාර
- UGC අනුමත/පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් අදාළ ක්ෂේත්රයේ උපාධියක් තිබිය යුතුය.
- මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණ වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් සහ අදාළ සේවා පළපුරුද්ද අමතර සුදුසුකම් වේ.
- අවම වයස අවුරුදු 24 කි.
පත්වීම්: කොන්ත්රාත් පදනම මත සිදු කෙරේ. කාර්ය සාධනය සහ ආයතනික අවශ්යතා මත ස්ථිර කිරීම සලකා බැලිය හැකිය.

இலங்கை சட்டக் கல்லூரியில் பின்வரும் பதவிகளுக்கு தகுதியான விண்ணப்பதாரர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன.
1. முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர்
- க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையில் மூன்று பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- சாதாரண தரத்தில் கணிதம், ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் தாய்மொழியில் திறமைச் சித்திகள் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- MS Office உள்ளிட்ட கணினி அறிவு மற்றும் அலுவலக நிர்வாகத் திறன்கள் தேவை.
- குறைந்தபட்ச வயது 23 ஆகும்.
2. மனித வள உதவியாளர்
- UGC அங்கீகரித்த நிறுவனத்தில் மனித வள முகாமைத்துவம், முகாமைத்துவம், வணிக நிர்வாகம், பொது நிர்வாகம் அல்லது தொடர்புடைய துறையில் பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- மனித வள முகாமைத்துவ தொழில்சார் தகுதிகளும் தொடர்புடைய பணியனுபவமும் மேலதிகத் தகுதிகளாகக் கருதப்படும்.
- குறைந்தபட்ச வயது 24 ஆகும்.
நியமனம்: ஒப்பந்த அடிப்படையில் வழங்கப்படும். செயல்திறன் மற்றும் நிறுவனத் தேவைகளின் அடிப்படையில் நிரந்தர நியமனம் பரிசீலிக்கப்படலாம்.
