Applications are invited from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens to fill three permanent Director vacancies at the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

Available Positions

Summary of Qualifications

Director – Finance

• A UGC-recognized degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce, or the relevant professional membership specified in the official notice.
• A relevant postgraduate degree is required under the applicable qualification route.
• At least 13 years of relevant managerial-level experience is required for external applicants.

Director – Preventive Education and Training

• A UGC-recognized degree in a Social Sciences-related field.
• A postgraduate degree relevant to the scope of the post.
• At least 13 years of relevant managerial-level experience is required for external applicants.

Director – Research

• A UGC-recognized degree in Sociology, Criminology, Community Work, Statistics, Chemistry or Information Technology.
• A postgraduate degree relevant to the scope of the post.
• At least 13 years of relevant managerial-level experience is required for external applicants.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Code: HM 1-1
• Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 140,640 – 15 × Rs. 4,100 – Rs. 202,140
• Government-approved allowances and privileges will be provided.
• The posts are entitled to an official vehicle and fuel allowance subject to the applicable circulars.
• Communication and professional allowances will be provided according to the applicable circulars.
• The appointments are permanent and carry EPF and ETF benefits.
