The National Institute of Education (NIE) has released the new Grade 01 Teachers’ Guides for the 2026 syllabus reform. Teachers can now download official PDF guides for Sinhala and Tamil medium subjects including Mathematics, Buddhism, Christianity, Catholicism, Islam, Environmental Studies and more. Full Term 01, 02 and 03 learning guidance materials are now available.

Grade 01 New Syllabus Teachers’ Guides 2026 Released

Teachers’ Guides for the New Grade 01 Syllabus – 2026 are now available for download. Full teaching guides for Term 01, Term 02 and Term 03 can now be accessed online through NIE Sri Lanka.
