🏛 About the Project
Applications are invited from qualified and experienced Sri Lankan citizens for appointments under the Support to Colombo Urban Regeneration Project.
The project is supported by USD 158 million in funding from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for approximately 4,074 housing units and land redevelopment in Colombo and its suburbs.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Applicants should satisfy one of these pathways:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree plus relevant Master's Degree or specified professional qualification, with at least 9 years of managerial experience, including 4 years at senior managerial level.
- Relevant Corporate/Fellow Membership and at least 7 years of managerial experience, including 3 years at senior managerial level.
- Class I government All-Island Service officer, or equivalent, with the specified postgraduate or professional qualification and at least 3 years in a Class I or similar post.
Applicants should satisfy one of these pathways:
- Relevant recognised Bachelor's Degree or NVQ Level 7 qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant NVQ Level 6 qualification and at least 5 years of experience.
- Relevant NVQ Level 5 qualification and at least 8 years of experience.
English proficiency, computer literacy and familiarity with government rules and regulations are essential.
💼 Employment Conditions
- Appointment on a contract basis for one year.
- Extension possible up to the project period, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Remuneration under Management Services Circular No. 02/2026, as amended.
- Foreign-funded or regional development project experience is an added advantage.
