Grade V Scholarship Exam 2026 – Re-scrutiny Application

The Department of Examinations has announced that applications for the re-scrutiny of the 2026 Grade V Scholarship Examination results can be submitted online.

Important Instructions

1. Applications must be submitted online by the principal through the Department of Examinations’ Exam Information Centre or the official online examinations portal.
2. The principal should log in using the username and password already provided to the school.
3. Select the relevant Grade V Scholarship Examination from the displayed examination list and click “Apply”.
4. Confirm that the index number and name displayed for each applicant are correct before submitting the application.
5. A separate application must be completed for each student requesting re-scrutiny.
6. After completing the online application, download the generated acknowledgement/application document.
7. The required hard-copy documents for each student must be sent by registered post according to the official instructions.
8. The principal should retain the registered-post receipt as proof of posting.
9. Applications submitted or received after 21 September 2026 will not be accepted.
