✅ Recommended Procedure for Teachers

1. Ask the student whether an application for the National Identity Card has already been submitted.
2. Obtain the NIC application reference number and the mobile number used for the application.
3. Check whether the student's official NIC Paper is available through the online service.
4. Download and print the available document.
5. Provide a copy to the relevant student for future official and examination-related requirements.

• க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சை 2026 விண்ணப்பத்தைச் சமர்ப்பிக்க மாணவர்களின் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை இலக்கம் அவசியமாகும்.
• தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை இன்னும் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்று கூறும் மாணவர்களுக்கு உடனடியாக விசேட அடையாள இலக்கத்தை வழங்க வேண்டாம்.
• முதலில் மாணவரின் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டைத் தாள் இணையத்தில் பதிவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதைச் சரிபார்க்கவும்.
• இதற்காக தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை விண்ணப்ப இலக்கம் மற்றும் விண்ணப்பத்தின் போது வழங்கப்பட்ட தொலைபேசி இலக்கம் தேவைப்படும்.
• இணையத்தில் கிடைக்கும் ஆவணத்தைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து அச்சிட்டு மாணவருக்கு வழங்கலாம். அதனை எதிர்கால உத்தியோகபூர்வ நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கும் பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.
