School-Based Assessment Marks Submission Notice
Important Notice
The Department of Examinations has provided a second opportunity for schools that have not yet submitted the SBA (School-Based Assessment) marks for the 2025 O/L examination.
Schools are advised to check the login facility immediately and confirm their submission status.
Schools That Have NOT Submitted
The login facility is currently active for schools that have not yet submitted the SBA marks.
If you are able to log in, you must enter and submit the marks immediately.
Schools That Have Already Submitted
Schools that have already submitted the SBA marks will not be able to log in again.
If the system denies access, it confirms that the marks have already been successfully submitted.
Important Action for Schools
- Schools should attempt to log in to the portal.
- If login is successful, proceed with data entry and submit the marks.
- If login is denied, the submission has already been completed.
