The Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council invites sealed bids from eligible CIDA-registered contractors for 50 school construction, rehabilitation, development and maintenance works.

Important Information

  • Procurement will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure.
  • Contractors must possess valid CIDA registration in the grade and category specified for the relevant work.
  • Tender document fees, bid bond values, registered grades and estimated work values differ according to each project.
  • Bids must be submitted separately in duplicate and clearly marked as original and duplicate.
  • Late bids will be rejected. Bidders or authorised representatives may attend the opening of bids.
  • Bid guarantees must be valid from 07 July 2026 until 07 November 2026.
