Login to Exam Department online portal with the Username and Password given to the schools from Exam Department.
Follow the instructions and complete the online Datasheet.

After the online application deadline of University Grants Commission ,

you have to take a printout of the filled data of the applied students and place your signature, official seal and send by the registered post to reach to below address .
