Human Rights Certificate & Diploma Courses 2026
Centre for the Study of Human Rights – University of Peradeniya
The Centre for the Study of Human Rights of the University of Peradeniya has invited applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the Human Rights Certificate Course and Diploma Course conducted in 2026. The programmes are available in Sinhala and Tamil media.
Certificate Course in Human Rights
Duration: 2 Months Fee: Rs. 20,000 Sinhala / Tamil- The course fee may be paid in two instalments.
- Application fee: Rs. 1,000.
- Open to undergraduates, G.C.E. A/L qualified applicants and eligible G.C.E. O/L qualified applicants with relevant civil-society, human-rights, social-development or service experience, as stated in the official notice.
Diploma Course in Human Rights
Duration: 8 Months Fee: Rs. 40,000 Sinhala / Tamil- The course fee may be paid in instalments.
- Application fee: Rs. 1,000.
- Applicants should have completed the relevant Human Rights Certificate Course or satisfy the G.C.E. A/L and relevant work/service-experience requirements stated in the official notice.

- Pay the Rs. 1,000 application fee to the Bank of Ceylon, University of Peradeniya Branch.

- Attach the payment receipt to the completed application.
- Send the completed application to the Director, Centre for the Study of Human Rights, New Kannangara Building, Faculty of Arts, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, before the closing date.
සිංහල සාරාංශය
පේරාදෙණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ මානව හිමිකම් අධ්යයන කේන්ද්රය විසින් 2026 වර්ෂය සඳහා මානව හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ සහතික පත්ර පාඨමාලාව සහ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවයි. සහතික පත්ර පාඨමාලාවේ කාලය මාස 2ක් වන අතර පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව රු. 20,000කි. ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාවේ කාලය මාස 8ක් වන අතර පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව රු. 40,000කි. පාඨමාලා සිංහල හා දෙමළ මාධ්යයෙන් පැවැත්වේ. අයදුම්පත් ගාස්තුව රු. 1,000කි. අයදුම් කිරීමේ අවසන් දිනය 2026.07.31 වේ.

பேராதனைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் மனித உரிமைகள் கற்கை நிலையம் 2026 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மனித உரிமைகள் சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் டிப்ளோமா கற்கைநெறிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பங்களைக் கோருகிறது. சான்றிதழ் கற்கைநெறியின் காலம் 2 மாதங்கள்; கட்டணம் ரூ. 20,000. டிப்ளோமா கற்கைநெறியின் காலம் 8 மாதங்கள்; கட்டணம் ரூ. 40,000. இரு கற்கைநெறிகளும் தமிழ் மற்றும் சிங்கள மொழி மூலங்களில் நடத்தப்படும். விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் ரூ. 1,000. விண்ணப்ப இறுதித் திகதி 31.07.2026 ஆகும்.
