The National Institute of Education (NIE), Sri Lanka has prepared the Revised National Curriculum Framework for General Education in Sri Lanka, updated on 13 August 2026.
The framework outlines the vision, principles and structure for developing Sri Lanka's general education curriculum, focusing on inclusive, learner-centred and competency-based education.

📗 සංශෝධිත ජාතික විෂයමාලා රාමුව – 2026
ජාතික අධ්යාපන ආයතනය විසින් ශ්රී ලංකාවේ සාමාන්ය අධ්යාපනය සඳහා සංශෝධිත ජාතික විෂයමාලා රාමුව ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත. මෙම ලේඛනය 2026 අගෝස්තු 13 දින සංශෝධනය කරන ලද අනුවාදයයි.
මෙම රාමුව තුළින් අධ්යාපන ප්රතිසංස්කරණ, විෂයමාලා සැලසුම්කරණය, ඉගෙනුම් ක්රියාවලිය, නිපුණතා සංවර්ධනය සහ ඇගයීම් ක්රමවේද පිළිබඳ මාර්ගෝපදේශ සපයයි.
ගුරුවරුන්ට, විදුහල්පතිවරුන්ට, අධ්යාපන නිලධාරීන්ට සහ දෙමාපියන්ට මෙම ලේඛනය ප්රයෝජනවත් වේ.

📙 திருத்தப்பட்ட தேசிய கலைத்திட்டச் சட்டகம் – 2026
இலங்கையின் பொதுக் கல்விக்கான திருத்தப்பட்ட தேசிய கலைத்திட்டச் சட்டகம் தேசிய கல்வி நிறுவகத்தினால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாவணத்தின் திருத்தப்பட்ட பதிப்பு 2026 ஓகஸ்ட் 13 ஆம் திகதியுடையதாகும்.
இந்தச் சட்டகம் கல்வி மறுசீரமைப்பு, கலைத்திட்ட வடிவமைப்பு, கற்றல்–கற்பித்தல் செயற்பாடுகள், தேர்ச்சி அடிப்படையிலான கல்வி, மாணவர் மதிப்பீடு மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின் வாண்மைத்துவ விருத்தி போன்ற விடயங்களை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.
