🎓 Required Qualification

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university in Sri Lanka recognized by the University Grants Commission.

💼 Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on experience managing cross-functional engineering projects in electrical power systems or industrial engineering environments.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Experience in electric vehicle battery systems, charging infrastructure or related EV technologies will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in public sector, infrastructure, transport or Electric Vehicle (EV) projects will be an added advantage.

🎓 Required Qualification

National Diploma in Technology in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline such as Transport Management, Project Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution / university in Sri Lanka.

💼 Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project implementation or infrastructure development in engineering, transport or related fields.
• Experience in public sector, infrastructure, transport or Electric Vehicle (EV) projects will be an added advantage.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities.
• Assist with project scheduling, reporting, budgeting and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and government agencies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports and presentations.
• Maintain project records, correspondence and technical documentation.
• Assist in procurement, contract administration and compliance activities.
• Coordinate meetings and site inspections and follow up action items.
• Support project risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management relating to project implementation.

💻 Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar software will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
