Important Instructions for Teachers and Principals
What Should Teachers Do After Submitting the Online Application?
```After submitting the A/L Paper Marking online application, teachers should inform their Principal and request the Principal to verify the application through the official school login portal provided by the Department of Examinations.
Complete and submit the A/L Paper Marking application through the official online portal.
Inform the Principal that the application has been submitted and request online verification through the school login portal.
The Principal must log in to the portal provided by the Department of Examinations and certify the teacher’s application online.
After the Principal completes the verification, the teacher should log in to the online portal using their National Identity Card number.
The verified application can then be downloaded and printed by the teacher.
Certification and Hard-Copy Submission
```- All applications submitted by teachers must be certified online by the Principal and submitted through the online system.
- New applicants must submit the documents specified under Instruction 10.1 together with the printed hard copy of their application.
- Applications submitted by In-Service Advisors must be certified by the relevant Zonal or Divisional Director of Education.
- Applications submitted by University Lecturers must be certified by the Head of the relevant institution.
- The hard copies of applications submitted by In-Service Advisors and University Lecturers must reach the Department of Examinations before the closing date.
