UGC University Admission 2025/2026 – Change Order of Uni-Codes Online
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has informed applicants that they can change the order of “Uni-Codes”, add new Uni-Codes, or remove selected Uni-Codes online after the closing date of applications. Applicants must complete the process within the given period and send the signed printed copy to the UGC by registered post.

Important Information
- Applicants can change the order of “Uni-Codes” online after the closing date of applications.
- You can also add new Uni-Codes or remove previously selected Uni-Codes.
- This facility is available only once within two weeks after the closing date of applications.
- The printed copy of the new Uni-Code order must be signed and sent to the UGC by registered post.
- If the signed copy is not sent within the given period, the previous Uni-Code order will be considered for university selection.
- The signature on the new printed copy must match the signature used in the first application.
Important : By changing the order of Uni-Codes, your previous order of preference will be cancelled and selections will be based only on the new order submitted by you.
Applicants should carefully arrange their Uni-Codes according to their preferences before submitting the final order online.
