🇬🇧 Short Film Competition 2026 – Full Details
The National Child Protection Authority has organized a short film competition in conjunction with the International Day of the Girl Child, which falls on 11 October 2026.
Talented filmmakers are invited to produce and submit short films based on child protection and social issues. Regular short films and AI-generated short films may be submitted according to the relevant competition category.
🏆 Competition Categories
Students in Grades 9–11 and Grades 12–13 may participate.
AI-generated short films are not allowed in this section.
University students and students following higher education programmes may participate.
Both regular and AI-generated short films are accepted.
Professionals and other persons aged 25 years or above may participate.
Both regular and AI-generated short films are accepted.

2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 11 දිනට යෙදෙන ජාත්යන්තර ගැහැණු ළමයාගේ දිනයට සමගාමීව ජාතික ළමා ආරක්ෂක අධිකාරිය විසින් මෙම කෙටි චිත්රපට තරඟය සංවිධානය කර ඇත.
- පාසල් අංශය: 9–11 සහ 12–13 ශ්රේණිවල සිසුන්ට සහභාගි විය හැක. AI මගින් නිර්මාණය කළ චිත්රපට මෙම අංශයට භාර නොගනී.
- උසස් අධ්යාපන අංශය: විශ්වවිද්යාල සහ උසස් අධ්යාපන සිසුන්ට සහභාගි විය හැක. සාමාන්ය සහ AI නිර්මාණ භාරගනු ලැබේ.
- විවෘත අංශය: වයස අවුරුදු 25 හෝ ඊට වැඩි වෘත්තිකයන් සහ අනෙකුත් පුද්ගලයන්ට සහභාගි විය හැක. සාමාන්ය සහ AI නිර්මාණ භාරගනු ලැබේ.

2026 ஒக்டோபர் 11ஆம் திகதி அனுஷ்டிக்கப்படும் சர்வதேச பெண் பிள்ளைகள் தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு தேசிய சிறுவர் பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரசபை இந்தக் குறும்படப் போட்டியை ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளது.
- பாடசாலைப் பிரிவு: தரம் 9–11 மற்றும் 12–13 மாணவர்கள் பங்கேற்கலாம். AI மூலம் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட குறும்படங்கள் இப்பிரிவில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.
- உயர் கல்விப் பிரிவு: பல்கலைக்கழகம் மற்றும் உயர் கல்வியைத் தொடரும் மாணவர்கள் பங்கேற்கலாம். சாதாரண மற்றும் AI மூலம் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட குறும்படங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- திறந்த பிரிவு: 25 வயது அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட தொழில் வல்லுநர்களும் ஏனையவர்களும் பங்கேற்கலாம். சாதாரண மற்றும் AI குறும்படங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
