The University of Vocational Technology (UoVT), Sri Lanka invites applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the position of Assistant Registrar.

This is a permanent appointment with Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Trust Fund (ETF) entitlements.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

External Applicants

Applicants should possess either:

• A First Class or Second Class Degree from a recognized university or higher educational institution.
• OR a recognized degree together with a Postgraduate Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Administration or Management from a recognized institution.

Internal Applicants

• A graduate of a recognized university or higher educational institution who is a confirmed employee of the University.
• OR an employee with at least five years of satisfactory service in the relevant field in Grade II of the Management Assistant non-technological (U-MN-I) or technological (U-MT-I) category.

📋 Age, Salary & Selection

• Age: 22 to 45 years. The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
• Salary: According to Management Services Circular No. 06/2025 dated 02.04.2025.
• Salary Code: U-EX 1-2025.
• Selection: Written Competitive Examination and/or Structured Interview.
• Transfer: This is a non-transferable post.
