Admission Requirements

Applicants should possess at least one of the following qualifications:

1. Three passes obtained in one and the same sitting at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in Sri Lanka.
2. Successful completion of an OUSL Foundation Programme consisting of 60 credits at Levels 1 and 2.
3. Successful completion of an Advanced Certificate Programme offered by the Faculty of Management Studies of OUSL, consisting of 30 SLQF credits at SLQF Level 2.
4. Successful completion of another OUSL Advanced Certificate Programme consisting of 30 SLQF credits at SLQF Level 2.
5. An equivalent or higher academic or professional qualification acceptable to the Senate of the Open University of Sri Lanka.

Eligible applicants are required to pass the Selection Test. The Selection Test exemption stated in the official notice applies to applicants entering through the relevant Faculty of Management Studies Advanced Certificate pathway.

Selection Test – Important Information

The paper-based, onsite Selection Test is scheduled to be conducted at the Regional and Study Centres of the Open University of Sri Lanka.

Programme and Payment Information

• The normal duration of the degree programme is four years.
• Students may complete the first two years and qualify for the Higher Diploma in Management – HDip (Mgmt), subject to the programme regulations.
• The medium of instruction is English.
• The application fee is Rs. 750.
• The application fee may be paid online using a debit card or credit card.
• Cash payments may also be made through an OUSL Regional Centre or Study Centre according to the instructions provided by OUSL.

ශ්‍රී ලංකා විවෘත විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ අධ්‍යයන පීඨය විසින් 2026/27 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය සඳහා BMS ගෞරව උපාධි පාඨමාලා හතරකට අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ. අයදුම්පත් 2026 ජූලි 01 සිට ජූලි 30 දක්වා මාර්ගගතව භාරගනු ලැබේ. අයදුම් ගාස්තුව රු. 750කි. පාඨමාලා කාලය වසර 4ක් වන අතර ඉගැන්වීමේ මාධ්‍යය ඉංග්‍රීසි වේ. තේරීම් පරීක්ෂණය 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් 06 දින පෙ.ව. 10.00 සිට 11.30 දක්වා විවෘත විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ ප්‍රාදේශීය සහ අධ්‍යයන මධ්‍යස්ථානවල පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.

இலங்கை திறந்த பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் முகாமைத்துவக் கற்கைகள் பீடம் 2026/27 கல்வியாண்டிற்கான நான்கு BMS கௌரவப் பட்டப்படிப்புகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பங்களைக் கோருகிறது. விண்ணப்பங்கள் 01 ஜூலை 2026 முதல் 30 ஜூலை 2026 வரை இணையவழியில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் ரூ. 750 ஆகும். பாடநெறிக் காலம் 4 ஆண்டுகள்; கற்பித்தல் மொழி ஆங்கிலமாகும். தெரிவுப் பரீட்சை 06 செப்டம்பர் 2026 அன்று காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் 11.30 மணி வரை இலங்கை திறந்த பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பிராந்திய மற்றும் கற்கை நிலையங்களில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
